Baars &Liu was first created to provide certain companies and factories in the North East part China because they wanted more North American products; however, were not getting the right offers or services by Canadian and American agents. Thus our company was created to meet the growing demands of pulp and recycled paper in that region of China and with each visit to China, that number is constantly increasing. In addition, with trust, dedication, and professionalism, our services has become welcomed by other companies and agent. Therefore, we service companies and mills not only in China, but also in India and South East Asia as a whole.

At present, Baars & Liu is located in Ottawa, but our corporation is under the Federal banner with all proper documents and licences for exporting and importing. In addition, our corporation has all the appropriate licences and certificates to deal and trade within the Chinese markets.

We buy and sell bleached and unbleached pulp (both hardwood and softwood) at competitive rates. We also sell and buy recycled paper of all types, especially OCC. We also provide service to damaged pulp.
